Penerimaan Siswa Baru Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018



Syarat Pendaftaran
1. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran
2. Menyerahkan SHUN SD/MI Asli
3. Menyerahkan bukti nomor NISN disyahkan
4. Menyerahkan fotokopi akte kelahiran
5. Menyerahkan fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK)
6. Menyerahkan pas foto hitam putih 3 x 4 sebanyak 2 lembar dan 3 x 2 sebanyak 2 lembar
7. Usia maksimal 15 tahun pada tanggal 1 Juli 2017
8. Pada saat pendaftaran calon siswa wajib mengenakan seragam sekolah/madrasah masing-masing.
9. Berkas pendaftaran dimasukkan ke dalam stopmap : Putra warna Orange dan Putri warna hijau muda.

Seleksi Pendaftaran
Semua peserta wajib mengikuti tes potensi non akademik dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan pada saat pendaftaran

Waktu pendaftaran
Pendaftaran dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 - 22 Juni 2017 jam 07.30 - 12.30 WIB

Pengumuman
Hasil seleksi akan diumumkan pada tanggal 22 Juni 2017 pada jam 16.00 WIB di tempat pendaftaran.

Daftar Ulang
Bagi pendaftar yang dinyatakan diterima sebagai calon siswa MTs Negeri Grabag Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017, harus mendaftar ulang pada tanggal 4 - 7 Juli 2017 pada jam 07.30 - 13.00 WIB. Jika pada tanggal tersebut tidak melakukan daftar ulang, maka dinyatakan mengundurkan diri.
